WF Machines
Our range of WF machines are weigh fill machines and consists of WF1000, WF2000 and WF3000. The machines can be made for safe or hazardous areas, and can be either top or bottom fill, depending upon the product to be filled. The WF weigh fill machines can fill from 250ml containers up to 1000L IBC's, and are suitable for a variety of products that need to be weigh filled.
A WF machine:
- would have a centre load cell scale, calibrated to the required increments.
- would have an industrial weighing terminal. The weighing terminal would be completely enclosed in a stainless steel IP 65 case.
- The weighing indicators used have been specially developed for filling applications and incorporates a high speed update, to give accurate filling valve shut off.
- The indicator would include set points (Bulk & Dribble) to control a filling valve.
- There would be automatic in-fight accuracy compensation, microprocessor logic, and a filling indicator.
- The filling valve(s) would be easy to change, and the valve assembly would usually be connected to your product supply with the use of a BSP threaded fixing.
- The filling valve(s) can be fixed in height, and can also be mounted onto a sliding carriage to allow for easy change over of product and filling valve.
- There would be one set of pneumatic controls for the filling valve(s) (pneumatic cylinder, and ball valve actuator).
- There would be automatic accuracy compensation, microprocessor logic, and a no container, no fill facility.
- The product contact parts would be 316 stainless steel with suitable seals
- The whole filling machine including filling head indicator etc. can be located on a mild steel powdered coated stand to allow the scale to be at a usable working height from the ground.
