PVF Machines
Our range of PVF machines are volumetric filling machines for the paint industry and consists of PVF1, PVF-5, PVF-6, PVF-10 and PVF-20. The machines can be made for safe or hazardous areas, and can be either top or bottom fill, depending upon the product to be filled.
The PVF filling machines can fill from 250ml containers up to 20L, and are suitable for a variety of products that need to be filled. A PVF volumetric filling machine has the following features:
- Dosing will be by a stainless steel single acting volumetric dispensing pump fitted with appropriate piston seals
- Enlarged product inlet valve ports
- Quick strip tri-clamp coupling
- The product feed hopper(s) will be made from stainless steel and fitted with level control. The level control will be fast closing and give high and low pneumatic signals controlling a product inlet valve. Should the hopper empty a third signal will stop the filling head. If the hopper overfills a secondary unit will raise an alarm.
- The front of the cylinder can be opened, by slackening two quick release clamps for easy cleaning of the piston.
- A stainless steel filling valve will be directly connected to the filling pump.
- A quick strip filling nozzle will be directly connected to the filling head.
- There will be a no can no fill facility.
- Height adjustment will be by air cylinders.
- The frame of the machine will be constructed from hollow section mild steel and have a stainless steel sheet finish.
