CVF Machines

Our range of CVF filling machines are volumetric filling machines for the chemical industry, and consist of CVF-1000 to CVF-5000.

The machines can be made for safe or hazardous areas, and can be either top or bottom fill, depending upon the product to be filled.

CVF filling machines can fill from 250ml containers up to 20L, and are suitable for a variety of products that need filling.

A CVF-5000 Filling Machine can consist of:

Independent volumetric pumps, mounted on a robust, stainless steel box section framework, and powered via two pneumatic cylinders mounted to the rear of the machine, a common rail beam assembly connects the pneumatic cylinders and volumetric pumps.
Volume adjustment is linked and adjusted by a single hand-wheel with digital indicator on the front of the machine.
Product is supplied from a common product tank mounted to the rear of the machine.
Cleaning cycle of cylinders is by a single switch, re-circulating the cleaning agent from the hopper.
Pneumatically operated powered inlet valves.
Variable speed raise of the filling lances during fill.
Flexible PTFE pipe-work connects the volumetric pumps / filling valves.
Quick-strip connections.
Product contact parts Polypropylene, Stainless Steel, PTFE and other suitable materials.
Filling area wash down spillage tray mounted below the filling valves.
Wash down back plate to the rear of the filling valve assembly.
PLC controlled.
